It wasn't an easy decision to make, but ESAR will be taking a 1-year hiatus in 2016, as we use the time to recharge for future events. Watch for details on the 2017 race to be posted later next year. Looking forward to seeing you again then!

Don't forget that the opportunity to save $30/team expires on April 10th!  Registering before this point not only saves you some coin, but locks you in for a kick-ass day of racing on some of the same trails that the world's elite will be faced with at this summer's Pan Am Games.

The 2015 ESAR racer information package is now live! This handy doc is your A-to-Z guide to all things ESAR, including directions to the race site, the Race Day itinerary, course notes, accommodations info, and the mandatory gear list. It can be downloaded by clicking here.

2015 ESAR posters are now in circulation - over the Holiday break we distributed packages to over 400 Fire, Police and EMS stations across the province.  If you haven't seen one at your base and would be willing to print and display a copy, it can be downloaded by clicking here.

Or, if you would like to have posters and/or postcards sent directly to you, please feel free to let us know, but writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

2015 Registration Now Open

The 13th edition of the Emergency Services Adventure Race will be hosted at Hardwood Ski & Bike Centre north of Barrie.  Well-known as one of Ontario's top riding destinations, Hardwood is also playing host to the MTB events at next year's Pan Am Games (hint, hint - lots of great singletrack!)  Online and offline entry options are available on the 'Register' page.

ESAR 2015 News

You asked, we answered - the Emergency Services Adventure Race is returning closer to the GTA in 2015!  We have booked a venue just over an hour outside of Toronto for June 20th of next year, and will be updating this website with details over the coming months.  Further information is provided in the 'ESAR 2015 Announcement' newsletter linked above.
